Why does Symantec Small Business Pack or Symantec Multi-User Pack not appear in my License Catalog?
Situation:
You have added and registered your Symantec Small Business Pack or your Symantec Multi-User Business Pack and are not able to see it in the License Catalog.
Solution:
Symantec Small Business and Multi-User Business Packs are able to be registered in the Symantec License Portal, but will not be visible in your license catalog. Please be assured that a license file will be generated and sent to the email address you used when creating your license portal account. If you do not receive your license file within 24 hours, please contact Customer Care and either a temporary license file, or your regular license file will be sent to you.
