Ordering a subscription renewal from the online subscription Renewal Center



There are two parts to placing a subscription order from the Symantec Store: The first part is to place the order, and the second part is to enter the subscription key to activate the subscription.

NOTE Note

You can also order a subscription renewal by running LiveUpdate on the computer that needs the renewal. For details on how to renew using LiveUpdate, read Ordering a subscription renewal using LiveUpdate.

 

STEP 1
   Place a subscription order

Go to the online subscription Renewal Center country selection page.

Click your country or region.

Under Quick Renewal, select your product and version, and then click Continue.

Follow the on-screen prompts.

STEP 2
   Complete the subscription process

Symantec sends an order confirmation that includes the subscription key. Look for this email message. You need this key in order to activate the subscription for your program. For help with entering the subscription key to complete the subscription renewal, please see our directions.
